Wow what a fab trip if you are lucky enough to have Johnny as your guide you are in for a real taste of Toronto and such a fun day covering many great attractions and points of interest. Good experience at the location. Organization could be much improved. The place is definitely worth visiting, and seeing the falls both during the day and at night is highly recommended. Tip: don't miss the boat ride, and even though they give you a poncho, wear a raincoat underneath. You'll also need your own raincoat for the area below the Rocks. The agency doesn't warn you or give you any recommendations. The guide was very friendly but his accent was sometimes difficult to understand. What I liked least was that they rushed you around all afternoon and then you were left lying around for three hours waiting for the fireworks. I think the organization could be much better. The bus has very poor suspension (you feel even the smallest bump) and there's no charger at each seat despite the 9-hour excursion. I also would have liked information on adding other activities like the tower.

The guide was very friendly and attentive throughout the tour. And, without a doubt, the experience is worthwhile. It's a great idea to see the falls both during the day and at night, when they're illuminated and the fireworks show at 10 pm. In my case, it was a cloudy day, and we couldn't enjoy the sunset. I chose the option without dinner because in such a wonderful place, I didn't feel like sitting down to eat. I preferred to buy food and take it with me near the falls or even skip dinner altogether. I did the former, and it was very pleasant. There are many options nearby. What I didn't like… The pace of the tour was very fast, and in the end, we waited three hours for the fireworks. I think part of the visit could be done at a slower pace, and they could offer different activities, not just the helicopter ride, where I imagine there was a commission. I expressed my interest to the agency in climbing the famous tower, and in the end, no one explained how I could do it. The bus had very poor suspension and no phone charging stations.

Ultimate day trip to Niagara Falls
Best decision ever to go to Niagara with Zoom. I have been on many tours but this has been by far the best. The tour guide Alp was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and genuinely takes notice of all who are on the tour. Private tour of Niagara Falls at night
Our guide, Alp, was absolutely the best. He was so knowledgeable about the Falls and all the surrounding area. It was a pleasure to have him as our guide. Excellent tour of Toronto
My family and I were on an overnight trip to Toronto and wanted a quick way to explore the city. We were extremely lucky to be on Johnny’s tour. He communicated with us prior to the start of the tour so we could make it on time, helped us with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations and provided interesting commentary throughout our tour. My 10 year old son even commented this was the first tour he’s ever really enjoyed and paid attention to! We highly recommend this tour, especially with Johnny as a tour guide. The Best Tour Guide!
I went on a Niagara Falls tour with my friends. We were so lucky to meet Johnny. He’s a super-experienced tour guide and the best entertainer who truly loves his job. His talk was incredibly entertaining and really captivated the passengers. If possible, I’d love to request him as our guide for my next tour. I hope he hasn’t retired by then haha! One of the best tours I’ve done so far!
Everything was perfect. Our guide, Anthony, has a great sense of humor, super knowledgeable. He made the ride to Niagra so much fun. I highly recommend doing the night tour (starts at 1pm) because you get to see the mystical side of niagra falls.

My family of 8 did a private tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls, and had a FANTASTIC time.  Johnny was our guide (for the second day in a row - did a private tour of Toronto yesterday which was also good), and he could not have been better - read the room well and designed a day for us that was perfect for kids and adults alike. First group Amazing tour guide and bus driver for our large international Scandinavian group from Toronto to the Niagara Falls. Full day with fun and lots so see and do. This is the tour company to use for groups. Drivers are great and guide perfect. When booking this tour the sales department was amazing and understand of our needs and budget.
